I love everything about Fall, the colors, the flavors. the smells. During this season I love to bake with the seasonal ingredients that Mother Nature has to offer, especially with pumpkin. The Fall Harvest Fritters are delicious fritters made with pumpkin puree, freshly squeezed orange juice and enriched with greek yogurt. For this recipe I usedĀ Chobani Greek plain yogurt, a yogurt made with all natural, non-GMO ingredients. A very healthy choice to put into your dishes.

Fall marks also the beginning of the sport season :Ā Cross Country, Soccer, Swim and above all Football.
