Alessandra “ALE” Gambini is a LA-based Italian food writer, cookbook author, recipe developer, host chef in web series, Italian food advocate and cooking instructor as well as “IICCT Certified Chocolate Taster” and “WorldChefs Accredited Tea Master”. Born and raised in Northern Italy, in beautiful Milan, she learned how to cook and love good food from her beloved grandmother Nonna Fernanda. In March 2013, she started to write her food blog “Bread Love And Dreams” (then rebranded as “A Queen In The Kitchen, on March 2017), a blog filled with authentic Italian recipes and easy-to-follow video recipes. Official contributor for Expo 2015 Milano, Honest Cooking, I Love Italian Food, she also develops recipes for prestigious Italian and International brands. Her web cooking series “A World Of Sweets”, “Baking Bread” and “A Queen In the Kitchen” are the Award Recipient(s) of the prestigious “The Taste Awards” in Hollywood (CA). Cooking instructor at IICLA (Italian Cultural Institute of Los Angeles), LA Food Bowl, Eataly Las Vegas, she has been teaching the extraordinary Italian cuisine to hundreds of food enthusiasts around the globe. Ale wrote two cookbooks: “A Queen In the Kitchen” (Nearly a century of authentic traditional Milanese and Northern Italian recipes, handed down from her beloved Nonna Fernanda); “No Ketchup on Spaghetti” (The complete guide on how to shop, eat, and cook like an Italian) presented in On the occasion of the 5th annual Week of Italian Cuisine in the World (Organized by Italian Cultural Institute in Los Angeles in collaboration with Consulate General of Italy of Los Angeles).
