Schiacciatine are typical Italian crispy flat bread from the beautiful city of Mantua (Lombardy region). Schiacciatine are also known as Chisoline and are the perfect alternative to bread for lunch, dinner or snacktime; delightful if combined with cheese and salumi (Italian cold cuts).
