
Most of the classic italian baking recipes call for Lievito Bertolini, which basically is baking powder with vanilla. Personally I prefer to use baking powder, baking soda and vanilla extract, but some recipes really need Lievito Berolini. It’s cheap and you can find this product on Amazon. My Grandma always put Lievito Bertolini in her famous Tortelli di Carnevale recipe =)
