3/4 lb butter, softened
3 cups sugar
3 cups flour
2 tablespoons lemon extract
3/4 cup carbonated lemon-lime beverage (7UP)
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preheat oven at 325 degrees.
Cream the butter and sugar together until very creamy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add flour and lemon extract.
Fold in 7-Up.
Pour into greased and floured 12 cup Bundt pan or Tube Pan.
Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
Make Lemon Glaze mixing powdered sugar and lemon juice together.
When cake is warm, drizzle with Lemon Glaze.
