Ice Cream Lab is a new concept of make ice cream using liquid nitrogen…and the result it’s pretty good.
Guests can choose from six flavors and seasonal specialties will be made with a custard or yogurt base. All the ingredients are Organic.Once a flavor is chosen, the “ice-cream technician” will use an ice cream machine that uses liquid nitrogen to freeze the “creation”.
Prize are reasonable for the Beverly Hills area ($5 for a medium and $6 for a large ice cream)

Hours: noon to 11 p.m. Sunday to Wednesday, and noon to midnight Thursday to Saturday
