Trick To Know When Oil Is Ready For Frying

Insert a wooden skewer or toothpick into the oil. If bubbles form around the wood, oil is ready for frying.

Tip N 5 for Deep-Frying

Drain the excess oil. Place the deep-fried food on a double layer of paper towels to absorb excess fat. Then deep in or sprinkle with sugar =)
