Turnovers are a type of pastries made by placing a filling on a piece of dough (in this case puff pastry), folding over, sealing, and baking it. In Italian we call them FAGOTTINI, literally small pockets. A Turnover can be sweet or savory. I filled my turnovers with yummy Nutella; a very quick recipe for busy moms and chocolate lovers.
