Nonna Nanda’s Imperia Pasta Machine

This is more than a pasta machine, this is my Grandma pasta machine.
I got this beautiful and unexpected present for Christmas, she sent it to me directly from Italy and I couldn’t be happier.The Imperia chromium-plated pasta machine belonged to my Grandma for over 50 years, and now it’s my turn to let it shine and be my companion while making homemade fresh pasta.
Imperia was established on 1932 as the development of a little artisan workshop and then started to distribute pasta machines around the world. Soon the main market became the United States, because of the numerous Italian immigrants. Nowadays the Imperia pasta machine is exported in 77 countries worldwide.
