Jumbo Chocolate Chips Cookies By Angelica

Yesterday my amazing 3 years old daughter helped me to bake these terrific cookies.
Here the recipe 😉

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions
Preheat oven at 325 degrees.
In a large bowl sit the flour, baking powder and salt, then set aside.
With a stand or hand mixer beat at medium speed butter, brown sugar and white sugar until creamy. Add the egg and the vanilla. Reduce the speed and add the dry ingredients until just incorporated. Add the chocolate chips stirring with a wooden spoon. On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper scoop the cookie dough with ice-cream scoop. Bake for 12 minutes.
