We Are Never Alone While We Cook

One day I read a quote about not being alone in the kitchen. This morning ,while I was making ragu’, all of a sudden this quote came to my mind. I stopped cooking and I started to  look around, then I realized how true it is. The ingredients, their colors and smells, the utensils, the recipes, the continuous thinking,the sound of food ,the water that wash and rinse food, the fridge , the fan…There’s no such a thing as not being alone while we cook!
