


Grom is a chain of ice cream parlors semi-industrial production founded in Turin in 2003. Founders of the company are Guido Martinetti and Federico Grom. They opened 34 “gelaterie “in Italy , 3 in NY, 1 in Paris, 4 in Tokio, 1 in Osaka and 1 in Malibu’. They use organic ingredients and seasonal fruits , no flavorings, colorants or preservatives.They also sell italian cookies called Paste Di Meliga ( typical cookies from Piemonte, made with corn flour).
To be honest, I was expecting something more from their Gelato. I tried Pistacchio di Bronte and Bacio, and it was just good. Maybe I should give them another try.
