The Persian ice cream I’ve tried comes from Saffron & Rose Ice Cream, a colorful shop in the heart of Little Tehran in LA (Westwood Boulevard between Olympic and Wilshire).
Some of their favorite flavors are Saffron, Pistachio, White Rose and Cantaloupe.
I’m italian and I love Gelato , but the GOL O BOLBOL (persian ice cream made with saffron and rose) is a real pleasure for your palate.
