3/4 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 2/3 cups flaked coconut
3 tablespoons finely chopped orange peel
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Grease a 9 inches round cake pan and sprinkle with coconut flakes
Melt the butter and let it cool.
Beat the eggs and sugar until light yellow and very thick.Add the butter.
Combine the other ingredients and fold into the eggs mixture.
Pour into greased pan and bake on a low rack for around 30 minutes.
